"Mari-good-jem"

Ingredients Mari n good-day biscuits, jems, sugar, water

Two little helping hands

Grate all biscuits together
 
add water
make flower
add sugar n gems to decorate
this recipe is from child to her dad
some wise kids ads dry-fruit powder to it!!!

"Fatafat Dhokla"

Kaustubh comes home from school and wants to run down to play with friends.... I hv only 20 min.
Take half green chilly, finely chopped + ginger garlic pest + 2 spoon curd + 2 spoon sugar + little turmeric. Add half glass of water and mix the content. 
Now add a same glass full 'rava' in it and leave it aside for five min. 
Time to add a small pack of fruit salt, make sure that u start the steamer or put cooker already on flame.

As u mix it properly.. without wasting time transfer it to a greased pan to go in steamer. 
max 10 min...
dhokla is out... now add sm sugar water..
and garnish it with hing, rai and coconut... kaustubh don't like coriander but if ur kid love it please add..


 its time for cricket !!




"Sweet Aaji's Yummy Dosa"

Its so simple... soak same portion of 'rice' n 'udad dal' overnight or at list 8 hrs
grind it ...
add salt as per taste...
in pan... put some oil on top too...

Ready!!!!
its not at all sour... and only yummy... my kid love it... its his 'sweet aaji's yummy dosa'

"Indiana Noodles"

When I was a child I used to crib over the dal-rice and sabzi .So many a times my yummy mummy used to make these simple Indian style noodles with lots of veggies, which used to be a feast for me and still is!! So I want to share my mom’s recipe with every mom so that their child may also enjoy it!! : )
Take boiled noodles
& some finely chopped veggies like carrot, cabbage and spring onions.
sauté the white part of the onions & 1tsp ginger garlic paste in 2 tbsp of butter  
Add cabbage 
Then add carrot  


sauté and add salt (as per ur taste) and 1tsp of red
Chili powder,1tsp soya sauce, and add noodles 
Mix properly and add the greens of spring onion 


Ur noodles r ready!!

" Gul Pohe”

Simple and yummy with no cooking required

Add 1/2 cup hot milk to one bowl Poha..
Now add a small Katori of Gul (Jaggery)
Mix a small Katori desecrated coconut into this
Knead all the ingredients tightly together to ensure that the poha absorbs the flavours best
To recreate my favourite recipe by my Mom, top this easy and delicious dish with some Elaichi with 1/2 tspn Ghee...
Yum, eating this makes me feel like a schoolgirl again!
